Breaking News: Appeal Court Jos Rules that Plateau LG Polls Can Hold

Appeal Court Jos Division has ruled that Plateau State Independent Electoral Commission (PLASIEC) can go ahead with Council Polls Slated for tomorrow Saturday 9th October, 2021 dismissing PDP’s application to stop the elections.

The Court ruled that it cannot stop the elections in order not to pave for the constitution of Management Committee which is unconstitutional.
