INABILITY OF SECURITY AGENTS TO MANDATE PLASIEC, APC AND THE PURPORTED FLAG BEARERS OF THE APC TO RESPECT THE COURT ORDER ON PANKSHIN AND BOKKOS IS UNFORTUNATE.

It is utterly unfortunate that security agents have deliberately refused to do their job by mandating all parties involved in the case bothering on the APC candidates of Pankshin and Bokkos to respect the court injunction served by high courts sitting in Pankshin and Jos respectively.

It will be recalled that the candidates who participated in the primary elections of the APC in Bokkos and Pankshin approached the courts on account of irregularities and the courts gave orders/injunctions stopping the APC in both local government from participating in the elections pending the determination of the suits before them.

Parties involved where served with the court injunctions appropriately and charged to maintain status quo. Sadly, PLASIEC, APC and the candidates have disregarded the court orders and the security agents have kept mute even when they have been duly served with the court injunctions to ensure all parties comply.

One is now left to wonder who the masses will always run to since court orders can be bastardized freely without punishment from the security agents. By this reluctance of the security agents to enforce the court orders, the masses may be forced to take the laws into their hands instead of approaching the courts that their orders will not be respected.
Find attached copies of the court injunction served to security agents.
