Sen. Simon Mwadkwon Calls For Fervent Prayers, Genuine Love and Unity at Wusal Berom

Senator Simon Mwadkwon PhD on Sunday 12th November, 2023 attended the Berom Yearly Prayers “Wusal Berom” with a call for fervent prayers, genuine love and purposive unity amongst the Berom.

Senator Mwadkwon made the call shortly after the event saying the Berom Nation, Plateau State and Nigeria are in dire need of prayers in order to surmount the challenges being experienced.
He said as instructed by the Bible, it is important to demonstrate genuine love and be more united if the Berom Nation is to attract progress and development.
“Without prayers, genuine love and purposive unity, we will not be able to achieve progress as a People. The challenges bedeviling the Nation calls for divine intervention, genuine patriotism and our collective contributions” he said.
He called for deliberate efforts to overcome all the challenges ranging from security, economic and others confronting the Nation.

He admonished the people to look up to God and make Him their priority in order to live a fulfilled, peaceful and prosperous lives.

“God is the Author and Finisher of our faith, we must put all our hopes in Him so we can achieve our destinies” he said.

He urged all illustrious Sons and Daughters of Berom Nation to give greater attention to the growth, development and prosperity of the Berom Nation as well as be worthy Ambassadors of the Berom Nation anywhere they may be.

He concluded by commending the Organizers of the Event, charging them to improve and sustain it.

The 2023 Wusal Berom held at the BLTB Worship Ground Vwei Kuru (Mararaban Jama’a) Jos South Local Government Area, Plateau State and was well attended by Traditional Rulers, Religious Leaders, Political Leaders, Political Appointees, illustrious Sons and Daughters of the Berom Nation.
