The Member representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Rep. Dr. Simon Mwadkwon has been congratulated, commended and encouraged to perform exceptionally in the herculean legislative task by the Vice Chancellor Federal University Lokoja, Kogi State, Prof. Angela Freeman Miri.

Prof. Angela Miri described the victory of Dr. Simon Mwadkwon during the 2019 General Elections as unparalleled.

In her words “I am overwhelmed with so much joy for your unparalleled victory during the 2019 General Elections in which you keenly contested for and was elected as House of Representative representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency, Plateau State. Let me use this opportunity to felicitate with, and congratulate you on your well-deserved success at the polls.”

Prof. Angela Miri said she has no doubt that Dr. Mwadkwon has worked hard to achieve this feat and said his commitment and dedication to national development and the welfare of his people are reasons he has been elected to represent the people again in the 9th National Assembly.

Prof. Miri described Dr. Mwadkwon as the perfect candidate for the House of Representatives position considering his zeal to serve his people, State, Nation and humanity at large which made his victory more meaningful and realistic.

She prayed God to empower the Federal Lawmaker to succeed in the noble task, which she said is a herculean assignment.

Her commendations were contained in a congratulatory letter which was officially signed by her and handed over to him.

It will be recalled that Dr. Simon Mwadkwon popularly known as “Macbeth” has so far sponsored 19 Bills in the House of Representatives and has been lending his voice to debate and issues of national importance on the floor of the green chamber.
