Gubernatorial aspirant under the All Progressives Congress APC Sunday Garba Biggs has been described as a humble, dogged, and professional civil servant who has spent over twenty years learning the rudiments of leadership.
This Encomium came from critical stakeholders in Plateau southern zone as the aspirant tours for consultation on his aspiration to occupy Little Rayfield in 2023.
Biggs a Permanent Secretary with the state civil service understands the importance of consulting with critical stakeholders as they will form the electoral college in the forthcoming coming primaries slated for 4th April to 3rd June 2022.
Sunday Biggs with the campaign slogan “Bigg Things Coming” believes he has the capacity and experience to lead the State.
Touring Wase, Langtang North, langtang south, Mikang, Shendam and Quaanpan local government areas, Biggs met with three categories of people, Traditional leaders, Local government Chairmen and the Legislative arm, as well as APC local government and wards Executive.
In all the consultation, Biggs intimated them of his aspiration, seek for their prayer and support.

In their separate remarks, Executive Chairmen, legislative leaders and party executives of all the localities said Sunday Garba Biggs has the experience in governance, understands the needs of the people and is within the age limit to govern Plateau State.
