The Plateau State Governor-elect, Hon. Caleb Mutfwang has made his first appointment since he was declared the winner of the March 18th, 2023 Governorship Election for Plateau State.

The Governor-elect has approved the appointment of Mr. Moses Nwan, mni as Senior Special Assistant (Special Duties) and Mr Gyang Bere as his Special Assistant (Media).

Mr. Moses Nwan, mni is a retired Permanent Secretary with the Plateau State Government, a Community leader and a former local government administrator, while Mr. Gyang Bere is the Correspondent of the Sun Newspaper in charge of Plateau State and current Chairman, Correspondents Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Plateau State Chapter.

In a statement signed by Hon. Yiljap Abraham the Director of Media and Publicity of the Atiku-Okowa/Mutfwang-Piyo Campaign Council Plateau State, the appointments take immediate effect.
