In its quest to mobilize for support and secure firm commitments of party delegates towards actualizing the Generation Next Movement on the Plateau, the Campaign Organization, led by its Leader, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda begins familiarization tour of Plateau South to engage with delegates and provide insights into the agenda of the movement.

Today, February 1st, the captain of GenerationNext Campaign Organization, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda, led other members of the campaign organization to Quaanpan, Langtang South and Mikang LGAs where he met with party delegates from all the electoral wards as well as Local Government party Excos and stakeholders in the three respective areas.

The Team first arrived in Quaanpan Local Government Area to meet a visibly excited group of delegates, who gathered as early as 7am to hear from the man of the moment, what his plans for Plateau entail for their locality.

While addressing the delegates, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda commended their enthusiasm and courage to be readily available to meet with the Generation Next Movement. He assured them that his ACEES agenda will rejuvenate the economy of Plateau State and particularly the Agricultural sector for which Quaanpan LGA stand to benefit the most. He thanked them for the warm reception accorded his team and reiterated the fact that he is the most prepared for the Governorship job comes 2023 and therefore appealed for the support of the delegates to clinch the party ticket and deliver a Secured, United and Prosperous Plateau for all.

Amidst cheers and applauses, the Local Government Council Secretary, the former Local Government Party Chairman and the present Chairman of the party each took turn to pour encomiums on Dr. Nentawe’s vision for Plateau and on behalf of the party delegates and the good people of Quaanpan, appreciated the team for choosing to commence its campaign in Quaanpan, assuring the team of their support to the GenerationNext, acknowledging that, indeed the candidature of Dr. Nentawe is a very timely manifestation of great things to be achieved on the Plateau going by the agenda he presented.

At Langtang South, the reception was a colourful continuation of the Quaanpan spirit, as the former Local Government Council chairman. Hon. Nicholas Vongsing and other key stakeholders were on ground to receive the entourage of GenerationNext alongside all the delegates of the LGA.

Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda in his address, presented the agenda of the Generation Next Movement to the delegates and stakeholders assuring them of a Secured environment where they can prosper in their various means of livelihoods.

The Party Chairman on behalf of the delegates welcomed and assured the team of their resolve to make sure that great coordinations are made to deliver the candidature of Dr. Nentawe going by his viable and people oriented agenda.

The Team left Langtang South and headed for the Headquarters of the Southern Zone, Shendam Local Government Area around 3:14 pm where they were received by the Party Chairman, key stakeholders alongside all the delegates, who despite arriving the venue earlier, patiently waited to meet the Generation Next Leader.

In a similar fashion, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda appreciated the delegates and the good people of Shendam Local Government Area for always making him feel special each time he visited their locality. He emphasized the great feats of the Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Dr. Simon Bako Lalong and thanked him for finding him worthy of recommendation to be nominated and subsequently appointed as Resident Electoral Commissioner of INEC by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria amongst other important appointments given to sons and daughters of the Ngas nation both at the Federal and State levels. Dr. Nentawe assured the delegates that, most profoundly, he will reciprocate the Goodwill of Shendam people by religiously implementing the ACEES agenda which will bring about an economic resurgence in Shendam LGA and Plateau State at large.

Responding, the party chairman appreciated the team and Dr. Nentawe for acknowledging the magnanimous gestures of their son and further assured the team that, “SHENDAM WILL ALWAYS REMAIN THE STRONGEST BASE OF THE GENERATION NEXT MOVEMENT”.

Tomorrow, the entourage will be visiting Mikang, Wase and Langtang North LGAs to complete its tour of the Southern Zone.

GENERATION NEXT IS COMMITTED TO BEQUEATHING A SECURED, UNITED AND PROSPEROUS PLATEAU TO THE NEXT GENERATION.
