Labour Party Governorship Candidate, Dr Dakum attends RCC Fobour Fund Raising

Plateau State Labour Party Gubernatorial Candidate Dr Patrick Sunday Dakum on Sunday attended the COCIN RCC Fobour Annual Fellowship and fundraising service for the fencing of the RCC Chairman’s residence in Fobour, Jos East Local Government of the State

Dr Patrick Dakum who is also a dedicated COCIN Member said the church has been and is still part of his life, saying he is back home and will continue to support the church for the rest of his life.

Dr Patrick Sunday Dakum admonished members of Fabur to vote for the Labour party Presidential candidate and the governorship and all other positions within the state for a new Nigeria and Plateau State.

Patrick also charged believers to be committed in service to God Almighty in all ramifications of life knowing fully we shall all give an account of our stewardship before God in Heaven.

The leader of the church Rev. Yakubu Gyang Bot, chairman COCIN PCC Jos who was also the guest speaker in his welcoming remark emphasized the need for the church to unite in practice not just procrastinate with the word of mouth.

He added the COCIN Members must worship God and fellowship with one another.

According to him, Christians must do away with selfishness to embrace the character of Christ Jesus.

Rev. Yakubu also said he is very disappointed with the nature of the dilapidated road network in the Afizere Land which form and played the most important role in today’s government in Plateau state with critical stakeholders but yet with a very dilapidated road network.

The clergy noted Christians need not be told who to vote for come to the 2023 general election but should decide for themselves to choose between slavery or freedom.

Rev. Yakubu Gyang Bot while giving the sermon read from the Holy Book of Mathew 21:1-2. The church of God is in dire need of support for the expansion, propagation and Evangelism of the word of God.

Yakubu in his message said this world and everything in it belongs to God Almighty so why do people boast and find it difficult to give back to God?

Rev. Lazarus D. Daniel, Chairman RCC Fobur appreciated all guests for coming to fellowship with the church and to support the Evangelism, he prayed to God Almighty to grant each and everyone journey mercies back home.

Agwom Izere His Royal Highness Rev. Dr Isaac Wakili (JP ) was ably represented by Ada Gwom Ibrahim Azi, District head of Maigemu.
