HON (ENGR) SOLOMON BULUS MAREN MOURNS A GREAT LEADER.

It is with great sadness that I received the news of the passing away of a great leader, a mentor, a father and elder statesman late Senator Ignatius Datong Longjan.

I had a privilege of working with him, when he was the Deputy Governor and I was serving as a commissioner, we work closely as a team from 2011–2015, I cherish every fond memories we had. No one and nothing can fill the void created, he was an embodiment of humility, a courageous leader and a man of honour.

On behalf of myself and good people of Mangu/Bokkos federal constituency, we send our deepest condolence to senator Longjan family, plateau Southern zone, Plateau state and Nigeria at large.

Plateau mourns this remarkable man who devoted his life peacefully building what we called ” plateau of our dream”
