The Executive Governor of Plateau State Barr. Caleb M. Mutfwang has approved the appointment of Barr. (Mrs.) Olivia Dazyam as the Acting Executive Chairman Gender and Equal Opportunities Commission.

Until her appointment Barr. (Mrs.) Dazyam is the Special Adviser to the Governor on Gender and she will double as the Acting Executive Chairman of the Commission.

The appointment was contained in a statement signed by Arc. Samuel Jatau Secretary to the Government of the State who said the Appointment is with immediate effect.
