In the 9th Executive Council Session earlier today being presided by the Vice President of the council Hon. Adamu Saleh Hassan on behalf of the President Hon. Kabiru Garkuwa. The Vice President while addressing the newsmen expressed his sincere delight and overwhelming joy over the recent victories.

They Senate Minority Leader Simon Mwadkwon PhD has been affirmed by the Election Tribunal as the duly elected Senator Plateau North striking out petition by Amb. Chris Giwa of the APC and Barr. Gyang Zi of the Labour Party respectively. While Hon. Musa Agah Aviah has been duly affirmed by Jos North/Bassa tribunal striking out petition by Hon. Gwani Muhammad Adam.

“In this light, we wish to once again congratulate Sen. Simon Mwadkwon Ph.d and Hon. Musa Agah Aviah on their victory at the tribunal.”

“As fellow citizens, We are confident that they will bring their expertise and experience to bear in their respective positions, and that they will work tirelessly to enhance credible and proper representation in our State and across the Nation.”
