Gunmen, suspected to be bandits have kidnapped the Paramount Ruler of Gindiri, in Mangu Local Government area of Plateau State, the Sum Pyem HRH Charles Mato Dakat

A source from Gindiri said told Viewpoint that the kidnappers in their number storms the traditional Ruler residence in the early Hours of Sunday after a heavy Gunfire and whisk him away.

Said troops of Operation SAFE HAVEN at Gyambus have been mobilized to the area and are on trail of the kidnappers.
