A high Court in Jos has ruled that Hon. Joshua Laven be reinstated as the Executive Chairman of Langtang North Local Government Council.

Justice Ishaku Kunda ruled that the tenure of Hon. Joshua Laven who was sworn into office in October, 2019 will expire on 9th October, 2022.

It will be recalled that the Complainant approached the Court following his removal from office even when he still have one year to complete his 3-year tenure just as other elected Chairmen whose tenure elapsed and elections were held on 9th October, 2021.
