The Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Plateau State Specialist Hospital Jos, Professor Christopher Sabo Yilgwan has congratulated the Executive Governor of Plateau State and his Deputy, Ngo Josephine on the auspicious milestone of successfully clocking one Year in Office.
Professor Yilgwan in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Organization, Talatu Achan Angi ANIPR said the administration of Gov. Mutfwang has rekindled the hope of the People of Plateau State that a better and brighter future lies ahead.
He applauded the dynamic and pragmatic leadership style of the Governor which according to him has birth remarkable achievements especially a solid foundation being laid for the healthcare delivery in the State.
He said among the numerous interventions of Gov. Mutfwang in the Hospital are the granting of waiver on the suspension of newly employed health workers in the State, approval for an improved health hazard allowance for medical workers, payment of outstanding salaries, expansion of residency training in internal medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, surgery and pediatrics, procurement of hospital beds, mattresses as well as pillows.
He said “you have also approved the award of contract for the supply and installation of Main Laboratory equipment of the newly constructed Laboratory complex, payment of outstanding funds for the Radio-diagnostic centre, approval for the deployment and installation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) project which is ongoing among other achievements demonstrates the importance you attach to the healthcare sector. These have motivated us more as we pledge our unflinching support for “the Time is Now” administration.
He prayed God to give the Governor the enablement to achieve his good plans for the State and pledged his full support.
