Plateau State Labour Party, LP, governorship candidate in the 2023 general elections, who also is the Chief Executive Officer, Institute of Human Virology Nigeria, IHVN, Dr. Patrick Sunday Dakum, sends his goodwill message to all Muslims that supported his gubernatorial ambition and have been with him all through the electioneering period and the entire Muslim Ummah in the state and the nation at large as they commemorate the 2023 Eid-el Kabir.
He calls on them to use the period of the celebration to pray fervently for the peace, unity, prosperity and progress of the nation, and to reach out to the poor and needy with benevolence.
According to him, Nigeria is in a very dire situation with scourging inflation, ravaging insecurity, and instability in various facets of the economy, requiring selfless sacrifice from all citizens to overcome and build a viable and virile country. And that a period of celebration like this, calls for sober reflection, prayers and the push for love and unity through which all challenges of nation building can be overcome.
Finally, Dakum wishes all Muslims a peaceful, hitch free, and successful Eid-el Kabir celebration.
