Plateau State Youth Council Set to Hold Plateau Youth Week, Inaugurate Committees

The leadership of the Plateau State Youth Council under the able leadership of Sunday, Lot Adas has inaugurated different committees to spare head the forthcoming Plateau Youth week which will take place in no distant time.
The “Plateau Youth Week” which is the first of its kind in the history of the Plateau State Youth Council is the initiative of the current Comr. Lot Adas led Exco, aimed at fostering unity amongst Plateau Youths.

The Youth week which shall witness alot of programs and activities such as SUMMIT and RETREAT shall be climaxed on the last day with the launching of the Maiden Magazine in conjunction with Fundraising for the establishment of “Plateau Youth Endowment Scheme P-YES Fund”.

Inaugurating the committee, Chairman of the Plateau State Youth Council, Comr. Sunday Lot Adas stressed the importance of the forthcoming Plateau Youth Week and why the lists of the committees were carefully selected to execute the task. He charged the committees to give in their best for the realization and successful execution of the event in order to give the entire Youths of Plateau some sense of belonging.

Responding on behalf of all the committees, chairman of the Central Planning Committee, Comr. Chinge Justice Dodo thanked the leadership of the Plateau Youth Council for finding them worthy to serve in different committees and assured the council and Plateau Youths of their resolve never to fail in the onerous task that has been given to them.

There are six committees but five were inaugurated and one which is the finance committee was reserved for a later date which will be made public in due course.
