Breaking – APC Governors to meet in Jos Monday, Tuesday

Governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the platform of the Progressive Governors Forum are billed to hold a meeting in Jos the Plateau state capital on Monday and Tuesday .

Speaking on the agenda of the meeting while addressing newsmen in Jos the Secretary to the Government of Plateau state (SGS)Professor Danladi Atu, said the state governors would dialogue and exchange ideas on how to meet the mandate of the party during the meeting in Jos .

“The Governors would under take a Peer review of the dividends of democracy they have provided to citizens of the country .

He said there would be banquet for the governors with President Muhammadu Buhari in attendance .

Also to attend the event according to Atu is the President of the Senate Ahmed Lawan, Speaker of the house of representative Hon Femi Gbajabiamila.

He further said 19 ministers would also attend the meeting .

“Plateau would be hosting over 180 persons in Jos “

“This is another opportunity to showcase Plateau to the world, and to tell the world that peace has returned to Plateau .

“Governor Lalong is poised to take Plateau to greater heights ,” he added
