33 Artillery Brigade Nigerian Army Bauchi Set to Hold ‘WASA” on 2nd March, 2024

Plans have reached advanced stage for the hosting of the 2023 West African Social Activities (WASA) by the Headquarters 33 Artillery Brigade Nigerian Army Bauchi State under the leadership of Brigadier General Emmanuel Egbe, the Commander 33 Artillery Brigade.

In a statement signed by the Lieutenant Atang Hallet Solomon the Acting Deputy Director Army Public Relations of 33 Artillery Brigade and made available to this medium, the event is scheduled to hold on Saturday 2nd March, 2024 at the 33 Artillery Brigade Parade Ground Shadawanka Barracks Bauchi State at 3 pm.

He hinted that the event is organized for troops, family Members and Friends of the Brigade to motivate them in a joint environment.

Lt. Atang Hallet disclosed that “the event is a veritable avenue to promote civil-military relations practice which the Nigerian Army holds in high regards. The event is observed to celebrate the successful conduct of training activities for the preceding Year and to usher-in activities of the current Year”

He said the event is part of the efforts to achieve the Command philosophy of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja which is “To Transform the Nigeria Army into a Well-trained, Equipped and Highly Motivated Force Towards Achieving Our Constitutional Responsibilities Within a Joint Environment”.

He assured the general public that the event promises to be captivating, entertaining and memorable.
