World Cup: Ahmed Musa Rekindles Hope in Nigerians as Super Eagles Beat Iceland

It was a thrilling match between Nigeria and Iceland.

The first half of the encounter was goalless despite efforts by the Super Eagles to put them on the advantage position.

Two minutes into the 2nd Half, Striker Ahmed Musa scored the first goal. This goal turned out to be Nigeria’s first goal in the ongoing Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup.

He later scored a 2nd goal after dribbling the Iceland’s defenders and goalkeeper.

Iceland later got a penalty which they were not able to convert to a goal as they missed the chance.
