Our correspondent reports that the youths just like other youths and stakeholders in the Region is saying enough of the politics been played with the commission and that Mr president should do the right thing by putting in place a substantive board to fast track development in the region.

The group further noted that today’s protest is a warning as they will be doing another major one and this time they will be going to Abuja and they will picket the NDDC Headquarters to express their displeasure.

Meanwhile the president of UYLC Comr Lucky Emonefe said the Urhobos is the major ethic group supporting President Buhari and his administration in the region and would welcome and support the forensic audit of the board but they want the right thing be done and not the appointment of a sole which is illegal as this would amount to a slow development in the region.

The Urhobo Youths said they reject the sole Administrator of the NDDC appointed by President Muhamuadu Buhari , and gave the Federal Government 21 days Ultimatum to obey Section 2 Act of the NDDC .

They said that they would be forced to take the protest to Abuja and NDDC headquarters to send a strong warning to Sen.Godswill Akpabio to stop playing politics with the Board .
