THE MUPUN NATION IN MOURNING WITH A BROTHER,THE MHISHIP NATION.

In a show of brotherliness and confirmation of a long-term fruitful and sustainable relationship, the Mupun Nation recently stormed the palace of the Long Mhiship to condole them over the death of The Late Ndah Wesley Mullak III,the Long Mhiship.

In what clearly showed love by one brother to another,the National President,Mupun Cultural And Development Association, MUCDA, Chief Pedro Ardiyel Dafur informed the Mhiship Nation that the entire Mupun Nation mourn with them the great loss as it also affects them considering their long history of relationship, living together, inter marriages and other common factors binding them.

He said it is rare to see an entire entourage such as this that will come out all and show this kind of solidarity but for the kind of place the Mhiship Nation occupy in the hearts of the Mupuns.

The MUCDA President conveyed condolences of the Mupun Nation to the entire Mhiship Nation and prayed God to grant them fortitude to stand the loss saying the late monarch was a father to all and an embodiment of true leadership which he exhibited in his over forty years of reign as the Long Mhiship and for sometime as Acting President, Pankshin/Kanke Traditional Council saying he will surely be missed.

The Mishkom Mupun HRH Da Yusuf Walle Fwangbring on his part relayed the excellent counsel he has had from the life and time of the late monarch which has spanned decades and brought them together on the council of Chiefs adding that he will be greatly missed.

He presented a letter of condolence on behalf of the entire Mupun Nation praying God to raise another leader that will fit into the shoes left behind as a result of this demise.

The delegation from the Mupun Nation which included all the Village Heads,All Traditional Tittle Holders in Mupun Land and entire Executive of the Mupun Cultural And Development Association were received at the Palace by representatives of the Mhiship Nation including the National President Mhiship Cultural And Community Development Association,Mr Krims.

They thanked the Mupun Nation for sustaining a long standing relationship as a true brother, always willing to provide a shoulder saying they are comforted.

In particular they sought for prayers that a worthy son through a smooth process be gotten to fill in the vacuum created by the demise.

The visit climaxed with prayers for the repose of the soul of the Late Long Mhiship and blessings on the land.
