The National Body of Tal Community Development Association (TCDA) Pankshin Local Government Area, Plateau State has congratulated Hon. Felix Amos Gonung, CNA on his resounding victory and subsequent swearing-in as the Executive Chairman of Pankshin Local Government Council, Plateau State.
