The Transition Implementation Committee Chairman of Jos North Local Government Council, Hon Samuel Dala Umaru, on behalf of the entire Management, Traditional council, Staff and entire Good and Hospitable People of Jos North Local Government Area, with great Joy is heartily Congratulatinv the Executive Governor of Plateau State and Leader of the Time Is Now Mantra, His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang over the momentous and resounding victory at the Supreme Court, which reaffirmed him as the dully Elected Governor of Plateau state, further confirming the overwhelming confidence the people of Plateau State bestowed on him through their massive votes at the general Elections.

In a congratulatory message he personally signed he said the Governor’s victory at the apex Court did not come as a surprise, but rather a great testament of God’s divine arrangement, that at this particular period in the history of Plateau he will be on board to lead the process for the overall growth and development of Plateau State, and equally take Plateau and its people to new beginnings and frontiers of transformations.

“No doubt, since assumption of office on May 29th 2023, the Time is Now Administration under your able and pragmatic leadership, has proven beyond bounds that indeed the people made the right choice in voting You into office, as you immediately hit the ground running and the massive developments and achievements recorded so far are unequalled and unparalleled, to the delight of all Plateau people.

“Your Excellency Sir, you have already demonstrated that you are a well bred politician and an administrator per excellence that has the interest of the masses at heart, and as your Lieutenants, we are more than proud to have been part of the team helping out at the third tier level.

“We wish to once more Felicitate with with His Excellency the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr Caleb M. Mutfwang the people’s Governor ,the Deputy Governor Ngo Josephine Piyo and the entire People’s Democratic Party( PDP) Family and all Plateau people on this God ordained Victory for all.

“We are more than confident that this victory will further inspire His Excellency Governor Caleb Mutfwang to do more than he had planned for the entire Plateau people.
