Dr Williams Aniyi Olarewaju the CEO super impact sport management promised the new signed players of Wilda’s football academy a good football management as the agency has high profile contacts and scouts ready for signing.
He urged the players to be of good conduct and behavior saying in no time those who perform well will get a deal.
Dr Williams disclosed this during the signing of new players into Wilda’s football academy in Jos. The signing ceremony took place at the head office of the academy at Zarmaganda rayfield Road Choice Plaza. Top dignitaries and coaches of the various clubs whose players were selected to join the academy were all present.
Wilda’s football academy is a sister agency of super impact sport management, and a well known name in football management.
The academy aim is to train and build football players to full capacity to be able to Play in any league across the world.
The top notch coaches and technical advisers will always be on ground to give the best of training to the young lads, according to the CEO super impact sport management.
Dr Williams Aniyi Olarewaju hinted that the selection of the players for the academy went through processes. He said players were screened to the academy with the consent of their coaches and guidance.
The academy signed 12 new players. Wilda’s football academy as a reputable football academy with high profile coaches and technical advisers and supporting staff who take good care and the welfare of the players while in the academy. The academy has professional medical team and players go through medical screening and fitness test before they are admitted into the academy.
Dr Williams while giving the profile of Super impact sport management said the agency collaborated with various reputable football agencies in identifying the team’s needs for new players and provide clear recruitment goals. He said they prioritize the agency’s players when making transfer decisions, and engage the agency in transfer negotiations to provide full transparency regarding available transfer budgets and salary caps to enable efficient negotiations.
The CEO and founder of Super impact sport management which is a sister agency of Wilda’s football academy and Wilda’s global sport limited Dr. Williams Aniyi Olarewaju in an interview with journalists rolled out the activities of super impact sport management.
He said “with super impact sport management you are covered because what they do is working alongside with various scouts from Europe, America and some parts of Asia and Nigeria to scout for potential players, their major role is to select players that are selected from Wilda’s football academy and other academy to transform them to a better career players”
He said other players can also take the advantage to come for screening if they are qualify super impact sport management will facilitate their movement to Europe or any club that is in demand of them.
Speaking about contacts and deals Dr Williams said Super impact sport management is well known and connected in Europe, America and Asia and Nigeria when it comes to genuine transfer and legal deal whether contract or loan move, and that they have contacts with various clubs in Nigeria and parts of Africa for players in Wilda’s football academy or any player that Super impact sport management select and manage they ensure a better deal or contract for that player because they served as managers of all the players that comes through them for better and reliable deal or contracts. He said they give professional guidance and act as a mediator in the transfer of players to and fro the club and also ensure that all required documentation, including transfer agreements and player registrations, are completed and submitted in a timely manner in collaboration with the club to ensure that players are transferred at appropriate valuations based on market standards and the player’s performance cooperate in the timely approval and execution of player transfers to ensure that all financial obligations related to transfers, such as signing bonuses, transfer fees, and player wages, are fulfilled as per the agreed terms.
The Sport Director of Wilda’s Football Academy Edward Bewarang said “basically, at Wilders Football Academy, we train young footballers and develop them to the highest standards using the modern trends in football. This is the foundational aspect of the game.

He appreciated the move by Dr Williams Aniyi Olarewaju for taking the children out of the street to give them a better future in football. He said “all the players are drawn from different places with good talents. According to the coach who’s the technical adviser the boys in the academy get basic training with good technical standard of modern football that meet the international standard he assured that the players from Wilda’s football academy can play anywhere in the world with the kind of training they get, because they are surrounded by high profile coaches with most of them ex-international who have the technical knowledge.
In an exclusive interview with some of the coaches which most of the players were taken from their clubs, they expressed their gratitude to Dr Williams Aniyi Olarewaju for being open and transparent in signing the players.
One of the coaches, Jatau Bitrus, Coach of flying Stars Jingri who has some of his players selected to join the academy appreciated Dr. Williams for providing his boys the opportunity to achieve their dreams because with what he saw the whole process of signing the players is so explicit and open and he believe in what the academy is doing, because with the high profile coaches and ex-internationals it shows the academy is coaching and training the boys well.
Mr Luka Istifanus (JP) a coach of Morning Star Football Academy Saminaka Lere local government said he was opportune to be visited by the management of Wilda’s football academy and some players where selected which to him is a great privilege and opportunity. He said the agreement and signing of the players is apt and open.
Some of the players expressed delight and joy to be part of the academy, Philemon Benjamin a player of the academy said coming to Wilda’s football academy has open his eyes for more technical way of playing football.
H said the training they get has really improved them and their dreams is to play for professional football.
Ben Moses Abaka and Sunday Philemon from Bassa also thank the management of Wilda’s football academy for finding them worthy to be selected to play in the academy as they have always dreamt to play higher and professional football and with the type of training their are getting, they will continue to give their best to achieve their dream of playing in Europe or professional football. They said they are happy at Wilda’s football academy because they are taken care of and getting the best football training ever.
