Former Governor of Plateau State and two-time Senator Plateau Central Senatorial Zone, His Excellency Senator Joshua Dariye on Wednesday 1st May, 2024 charged youths in Plateau State, Nigeria and the World to put their God-given talents, gifts and capacities to effective use for the collective good of humanity.

The elder Statesman and one of the top political Figures in the State fondly called “Headboy” made the call when he paid an unannounced visit to Lisha Seleme Dachor who started a three-day Marathon in her dream to be listed in the Guinness Book of Record in the “Nail-a-thon” category for the longest time painting artificial nails.
During the surprise but important visit, Senator Dariye appreciated her for using her talents and skills in manicure. He expressed delight and admonished other youths to discover their talents and put same to effective use for the common good of humanity.
According to him, youths are no longer Leaders of Tomorrow but people who are presently shaping the World and adding value to humanity.
He further stressed the need for the youths to develop and position themselves towards attaining greatness.
He called for support to the youth population to be able to achieve greatness and their full potentials.
He urged the Youths not to allow themselves to be used for thuggery, social vices and other criminal activities but deploy their talents and gifts to effective use.
He encouraged Lisha Seleme Dachor and her Team not to give up in their dream of entering the Guinness Book of Records but work towards achieving the feat.

Members of the team were glad to receive the former Governor saying his visit and kind words have encouraged them the more.
They appreciated the People of the State for the massive supports they got since they commenced the journey.

He declared his full support and wished her the best in her quest break the record and enter the Guinness World Records.
