The Senator-Elect and Member representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency, Rep. Barr. I. D. Gyang has called on the people to discard bitterness, hatred, violence and bloodshed while embracing genuine forgiveness, reconciliation, peace and togetherness.

He called on the people to put into practice the lessons of Easter which he said are love and forgiveness.

EASTER FELICITATION.

I Barr I.D. Gyang Senator Elect, heartily felicitatate with the peace loving people of Plateau North Senatorial District as we mark and celebrate this year’s Easter.

In doing so, it is my wish and desire that we in Plateau North will put into practice the lesson of Easter which is love and forgiveness.

As God did not hold our guilt against us but gave up his son Jesus Christ for our salvation, even so should we in Plateau North forgive the wrongs and pains we have inflicted upon one another and reconcile with ourselves.

No more bitterness and hatred.
No more violence and bloodshed.
All we need is forgiveness, reconciliation, peace and togetherness.
That is what I advocate and stand for.
