Former Governor of Plateau State and Senator Plateau Central from 2011 to 2019 said he received with shock the news of the demise of Alh. Buhari Yusuf Gagdi, younger Brother to Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, OON Member representing the good People of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency Plateau State at the National Assembly and Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Navy.

He said though death is an inevitable path of every mortal being, the demise of a loved one is painful and words can never be enough to comfort the bereaved.

In his words “The demise of such industrious and promising youth is not only a loss to the Family but to the State and Nation at large considering the roles the youths are playing in the growth and development of the Nation.

“I admonish the family of the Deceased to take solace in God who is able to comfort them.

“On behalf of my Family, Friends and Associates, I empathize with the immediate Family of the Deceased especially Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi OON, Relatives, Friends, People of Gagdi Community, Kantana Constituency, Kanam LGA, Plateau State and Nigeria over this loss of an energetic youth”
