Running a University globally comes with huge demand for fine scholars, who cherish and love scholarship and are cerebral in academic matters and dealings. Having an administrative head and chief executive officer of a University such as this comes with much greater responsibility. I am sure, the right choice has been made. Best wish to you my Professor of Professors.

On this note, I want to profusely thank the Governing Council, initiators, management and staff of Karl-Kum University Vom, Jos South LGA area of Plateau State for giving this outstanding Professor the opportunity to be the First Vice Chancellor of the Bourgeoning citadel of knowledge seven days after his birthday, I see this as a birthday gift to him. He was appointed to the highest office in the University in the same month of his birth. What a wonderful coincidence! Only God could arranged this to happen the way it has happened. Gracious God we give you the glory.

The Vice Chancellor designate is a professor of the seventh rank on scholarship. He is a man of positive progress in all he do. He is witty, gritty and very intelligent. He is one of the most humble Professors among his equal. His humility is unmatched and unparalleled I must say. His love for knowledge is insatiable and unquestionable. He will truly and surely deliver on his primary duties as VC.

As his student emeritus and as one of his mentee, I can state with much pride on academic intelligence and discipline that the University leadership have made the right choice by appointing him as VC. I wish him well in all sense of wellness.

He is a season Professor who cherish discipline, research and knowledge. I believe under God that he will use his consolidated knowledge of over 20 years of research to move the University forward to an enviable heights.

As a former Council Member of Unijos, former Director of Peace and Conflict centre Unijos, Dean Students Affairs, visiting Professor to numerous Universities across the nation, a well travelled scholar globally, I am sure the Vice Chancellor designate will do his best to move the University to the deaired amiable heights as envisaged and expected by the University management while signing the establishment act of the Institution.

My beloved Professor and VC, I congratulate you on your well deserved appointment. Your best is yet to come Sir amen.

I wish you God’s speed, blessings, wisdom, knowledge and understanding to lead the University to the zenith, apex and apogee of success especially in areas of research and development.

God will give you the men, women, inspiration and resources to bring this institution to limelight because this institution shall become a household name globally under your watch and leadership amen.

I trust in your capability and capacity, your intellect and intelligence, wit and grit under God to run the colossal and gigantic affairs of this University.

I am so happy and glad that your dream and desire to become a VC over the years has been accomplished by God Almighty in a special way.
