Riyom Local Government Council is informing the general public of the postponement of the earlier announced disbursement of funds and the Empowerment programme for the indigenes of Riyom Local Government Area studying at the Tertiary Institutions earlier slated to hold on Friday 3rd February 2023.

In a statement signed by the Council’s Information Officer, Bitrus Mangut on behalf of the Council’s Chairman, Hon. Mafeng Gwallson the postponement became necessary following activities marking the 40th anniversary of the Berom Youth Moulders-Association (BYM-A).

“A new date for the event would be communicated soon.

We apologize for the inconvenience this change would cause our guests, please” he said.
