Riyom Local Government Council, Plateau State has announced its proposed empowerment programme targeted at Students and Youths of the Area.

In a statement signed by Hon. Kurt Deme, a Member of the Committee for the Students and Youth empowerment programme all indigent Students of the Local Government studying in all the tertiary institutions in the Country are to appear for physical verification towards benefiting from the grants by the Local Government Council.

The statement also added that all eligible candidates are to come with the following original documents:

• Evidence of last payment of school fees.
• School Identification Card.
• Letter of Admission.
• Indigene Certificate.

The verification exercise is set to commence from Friday 30th to Saturday 31st December 2022 at the Local Government Council Secretariat at 9am daily.
