The Member representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency Plateau State at the National Assembly, Rep. Dr. Simon Mwadkwon has described the demise of Da Joshua Dang, husband to a former Commissioner in Plateau State and Executive Chairperson Riyom Local Government Council, Ngo Hon. Mary Dang as a colossal loss not only to the immediate family but Riyom LGA and Plateau State.

The Federal Lawmaker described the deceased as a father to all who lived a life worthy of emulation and will be greatly missed. He said the contributions of the deceased remain indelible & highly appreciated.

Rep. Mwadkwon appreciated Ngo Mary Dang for devoting her time, energy and resources in attending to her late Husband. He prayed for the repose of the soul of the deceased and for God to grant his family, loved ones, people of Riyom LGA & Plateau State the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Below is the condolence letter by the Legislator:

I was very saddened to hear of the death of your husband, our Father and Mentor, Da Joshua Dang.

Dara was a seasoned administrator, great Counsellor, a symbol of unity who promoted peace and harmonious living anywhere he found himself.
His selfless service, immense contributions to the unity, prosperity and development of Riyom LGA and Plateau State will be greatly missed.

Dara Joshua Dang was an exceptional, wonderful and considerate father to all. We know his passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew him.

To Ngo Hon. Mary Dang, we sincerely admire how competent you were in providing excellent care for Dara as his health declined. I was impressed by your devotion to him throughout his lengthy illness. May God reward you immeasurably.

Our condolences to the immediate family, the Loh-Ding Family, Rim Community and the entire people of Riyom LGA over this irreparable Loss.
