REP ID GYANG CALLS FOR IMMEDIATE REPAIR OF VOM-MANCHOK ROAD BY FERMA

Rep ID Gyang undertook an on the spot assessment of the failed Vom-Manchok road at Ganawuri on Sunday 15/10/17 with a team of International Media, NTA inclusive.

He expressed concern over the deplorable state of the road which has developed gullies making it impossible for usage by motorist. He attributed the deterioration and deplorable state of the road which was constructed by the Obasanjo administration to the poor maintenance culture of the nations critical infrastructure.

He called on FERMA to urgently step in to repair the road and in the process, take into consideration the marshy nature of the terrain to ensure that the appropriate engineering expertise and components are deployed for lasting effect.

Rep ID Gyang paid a visit on the Atar Aten of Ganawuri HRH Chaimang and commended him for mobilising the community to provide a diversion off the failed part of the road thus providing a temporary alternative route.
