Work has reached completion stage in the 90 Market Shops, comprising of 10 lock-up and 80 open shops by the Member representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Barr. I. D. Gyang.

This is in fulfillment of his campaign promises of bringing strategic developments to the doorsteps of the people.

Work is also ongoing at Ganawuri Market on similar project to boost economic activities and increase the Internally Generated Revenues of the LGA.

A Town hall is being built in Kakpis Foron District of Barkin Ladi LGA, while box culvert to link Dum and Cheng’e at Bachi, Riyom LGA is at advance stage. A motorized borehole is been constructed at Gwakim Fan, Barkin Ladi LGA. others are, construction of New Lobiring Health Centre at Ropp District of B/Ladi LGA, ongoing electrification project of Tapo-Kpang-Tatu all in Heipang District of Barkin Ladi LGA.

Two classroom blocks of three classes each has been built and commissioned in Rapyam Village of Fan District, Barkin Ladi LGA.

A whole Primary school of three blocks of eight classes that was burnt by herdsmen attack at SHONONG is being overhauled and renewed,
also are a four classrooms block at Ruku and another two classroom block at Kuzen both in Gashish. There is yet another construction of two classroom block at Nyerwai in Fan District ongoing.

More Projects that would have direct and positive impacts to the people are in the pipeline.
