The member representing Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Barr. Dr. I. D. Gyang has applauded the Federal Government, particularly the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo for signing into law the Bill for an Act to establish the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science Jos, Plateau State.

BILL SPONSORED BY REP. I.D. GYANG SIGNED INTO LAW BY MR PRESIDENT.

The Bill sponsored by Rep. I.D. Gyang member representing Barikin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency in the National Assembly  for an Act to Establish the Federal School of Medical Laboratory Technology, Jos has been signed into Law by the Acting President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN

The Act now serves as the necessary legal framework backing and authenticating the institution and the integrity of its  Certificates.

I rejoice with Nigerians as this is yet another milestone in building and consolidating the study and practice of Medical Laboratory Technology in our nation.

It is also a testimony of my legislative contribution as a member of the 8th Assembly along with previous legislative efforts towards nation building in the education and health sector.
I equally acknowledge and appreciate the Rt Hon Speaker, Yakubu Dogara and all members of the 8th Assembly for the successful passage of the Bill through the rigorous and mandatory legislative process.
