The Nigeria Union of Allied Health Professionals has commended the quest and contributions of Rep ID Gyang in promoting the health and well being of his constituents through elaborate Medical Outreaches and the recent Malaria Eradication and Peace campaigns and has accordingly, honored him with a HEALTH AMBASSADOR AWARD as an “Ambassador of Health and Social Service”.
It would be recalled that Rep Gyang conducted two Medical Outreaches in 2016 and early this year. Over 7000 persons benefited from the first while the second witness major surgeries.
Many patients who hitherto, could not afford medical bills had their cases treated freely.
The Constituency wide Malaria and Peace campaign which started with Riyom Local Government was a huge success and the second phase covering Barikin Ladi will follow suit.
Rep ID Gyang has dedicated the “Health Ambassador Award” to the peace loving people of his Constituency and all men and women of goodwill. He sees the award as a tonic that will spur him to do more in the service of the people.
