Re-election: Giwa still in contest, dispels fake News

RE- AMB CHRIS GIWA WITHDRAWAS FROM PLATEAU NORTH SENATORIAL RE-RUN ELECTION.

The attention of the Amb Chris Giwa Campaign Organization has been drawn to a misleading, and mischievous report circulating the social media that it’s principal, Amb Chris Musa Giwa, the Plateau North Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the ordered rerun slated for the 3rd of February, 2024 has withdrawn from the election.

As at the time the evil propaganda surfaced, Amb Chris Giwa is in the field in Barkin Ladi LGA campaigning rigorously, seeking the support of voters in Plateau North having concluded tour of the six LGAs which make up the zone yesterday. How can someone who is the only candidate campaigning have silently withdrawn?

It is on record that while others are yet to flag off their campaign, Amb Chris Giwa has criss crossed the six LGAs in a blitzkrieg approach never seen before interfacing with leaders of the APC, traditional rulers, religious leaders, community development associations, and various strategic groups across the over 35 districts in the zone.

By the grace of God Almighty, Amb Chris Giwa is fully in the race to improve the fortunes of the good people of Plateau North and will emerge victorious come February 3, 2024 going by the swell support he is garnering and the endorsements he has secured thus far.

Members of the public are by this counseled to ignore the fake news of his purported withdrawal as not only is Amb Chris Giwa fully in the race, he is the only ballot on the day of election.

We are also calling on the security agencies to fish out and prosecute those peddling the fake news as their plan is to cause chaos and crisis in Plateau State so as to serve as a deterrent to others.

We sincerely appreciate the people of Plateau North for the unprecedented support for Amb Chris Giwa and encourage them to come out en mass on Saturday, 3rd February, 2024 to exercise their franchise and elect Amb Chris Giwa as Senator as his antecedents and sincerity for the development of the people stands him out among others.

Signed.
D’yong Mangut
media Aide to Amb Chris Giwa.
