Quaan Pan LGC Appeals to Plateau State Government on Destroyed Bridge

An appeal has been made to Plateau State Government to come to the aid of Doemak and Bwall communities in Qua’an-Pan Local Government Area by reconstructing the bridge linking the two communities, from Doemak Kopdamo, Dung Daniang road to Bwall which was destroyed by heavy downpour on Wednesday night.

The Acting Chairman of Quaan pan LGC, Hon Abdulmalik Yusuf Haruna made the appeal when he inspected the collapsed bridge along with other staff of the local government after a heavy downpour in the area.

The Chairman, who was represented by the Acting Director of Works and Land, Engr Sebastien Dashe also appealed to the management of NEMA and SEMA to immediately come to their aid, adding that the collapsed bridge has rendered economic and other activities in the area ineffective.
