The Plateau State Internal Revenue Service (PSIRS) has announced the receipt of over 5,000 unclaimed Driver’s Licences from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), calling on applicants who have been awaiting the documents to visit its headquarters for collection.

In a statement signed by the Head of Corporate Communications Department, Wulashik Lucius Dafaan, the Service said the licences are now available for collection at the PSIRS Headquarters, located at No. 6 Bank Road, Jos.

According to the statement, all Plateau State residents who applied for Driver’s Licences and are yet to receive them are encouraged to visit the office during official working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Mondays through Fridays.

The Service advised applicants to come along with valid means of identification and any other relevant documents required to facilitate a seamless verification and collection process.

PSIRS reiterated its commitment to providing efficient services to residents and urged all affected applicants to take advantage of the opportunity to collect their Driver’s Licences without further delay.
