The results of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) State House of Assembly and House of Representatives released so far is being adjudged as peaceful, free and fair.

Our correspondent who visited Riyom LGA, Barkin Ladi, Bokkos, Mangu, Jos East, Jos North, Langtang South, Langtang North and Pankshin LGAs expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the Primaries.

The incumbent Member Riyom Constituency Plateau State House of Assembly, Hon. Timothy Dantong won the Primaries for the same seat.

His Jos South Constituency Colleague, Hon. Fom Dalyop Gwottson also secured the party ticket.

Hon. Azi Danjuma won the Jos North West State Constituency, while Hon. Philip Jwey the Former PDP Chairman Barkin Ladi LGA won the Barkin Ladi State Constituency Ticket.

For Jos East State Constituency, Hon. Yusuf Atsen emerged Winner, while Dr. Dinfa Luka Dontau Ph.D won the Langtang South State Constituency.

Others are: Alh. Sani Golden who picked the Party’s ticket for Mangu North East State Constituency, the incumbent Member representing Mangu South Constituency clinching the Party’s ticket to battle the seat in 2023, Mr. Nannim Joseph won the Langtang North North State Constituency ticket, Hon. Matthew Akawu won for Pengana State Constituency, Mrs Salome Wanglek got the ticket for Pankshin South State Constituency and Hon. Felix Gonung who took the ticket for Pankshin North State Constituency.

There were tie in Langtang North Central as the incumbent Member, Hon. Daniel Listick and Mr. Nanbol pulled 14 Votes each.
Same situation played out at Jos North North State Constituency as Barr. Munir Barau and Bashir Lawandi Datti scored 11 Votes each with a rerun expected.

For the Federal House of Representatives result released so far is that of Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency which was won by Hon. Peter Gyendeng, Member representing Barkin Ladi Constituency and Minority Leader Plateau State House of Assembly, Hon. Beni Lar won the ticket for Langtang North/Langtang South Federal Constituency, while the ticket for Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency was won by the incumbent Member Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency, Hon. Dachung Bagos.
