Plateau Our Heritage Revival Initiative (POHri) has congratulated the Governor-elect Plateau State Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, Hon. Isaac Kyale Kwallu and Hon. Fom Gwottson for emerging victorious during the just concluded 2023 General Elections which held on 25th February, 2023 and 18th March, 2023.
Chairman of POHri, Hon. ALEXANDER KWAPNOE in a congratulatory note enjoined the trio who are Members of the group to see their victory as the will of God and be ready to provide credible leadership to the people having been presented with their certificates of return by the Nation’s electoral umpire, INEC.
“You are all Members of our reputable group and we are happy with your emergence at different levels with high hope that you will provide sound leadership and entrench good governance to the people of Plateau State.
“We are optimistic that you will not disappoint the trust and confidence reposed in you by the Citizens of the State but justify the mandate bestowed on you with optimal performance.
“To the Governor-elect, we call on you to be magnanimous in victory, embrace those who contested with you and work with the ideas contained in their blueprints toward a better, greater and more prosperous Plateau State. We call on you to work towards achieving a united, peaceful and prosperous Plateau State.

“To our National and State Assembly Members-elect, we call on you to enact laws that will have direct impact on unity and growth of the Nation and State, carry out oversight functions and provide effective representation to the people” he said.

Hon. Kwapnoe charged all elected officials to prioritize the collective needs of the people above any parochial consideration urging those who contested with them to join hands to build the Plateau of our dream.
He called on those who are not satisfied with the outcome of the elections to seek redress through the appropriate and available channels.
He assured of the support of the group at all times for them to succeed in their various offices.

“Our hopes are high and a lot is expected from you in terms of representation, policy formulation and implementation. Nigeria and Plateau State in particular are blessed with immense potentials (human and natural) that need to be tapped for the prosperity of the State and Country. You must remain focused to deliver dividends of democracy to the people in line with your campaign promises” he hinted.

He posited that the group would continue to interact with all for the betterment of our society.

He wished you the very best as they get ready to be inaugurated on 29th May, 2023 and June 12th, 2023 respectively.
