Plateau Youth activist Comrade Pius Hommen on Friday described the state governor Simon Lalong as a leader who is determined to take Plateau to greater heights .

Comrade Hommen in a statement made available to newsmen in Jos on the occasion of the 55th birthday celebration of Gov Simon Lalong reads that ” To our Governor ,You are indeed a leader with purpose and vision.”

“Plateau  State is better because of your commitment to development on all fronts.”

“I  felicitate with you as you celebrate the  Anniversary of  your birth. Sir, your uncommon emergence as Governor has ushered in a plethora of unprecedented infrastructural and human capacity development of our dear State.

Again, your selfless and impressive political and developmental achievements in less than three years in office has  placed your name on sands of time.May God continue to bless and enrich you.”

“Sir you have also  done well   in taking Plateau to the world ,we are very proud of our humble and down to earth captain of the rescue administration Hon Simon Lalong. ”

“Your  growing national profile is a testament of his determination and resolve to midwife the rebirth of a new ,just ,equitable ,peaceful  and a prosperous Plateau .”

 I therefore, congratulate you as a gentleman of honour, courage and integrity, a leading light of this generation, a consummate politician of our time and a courageous Captain of our ship.
