The attention of the Plateau State University, Bokkos has been drawn to a whatsapp publication alleging that the Institution has advertised Lecturing Job  vacancies and positions in the Faculties of Education, Arts and Social Sciences.

As a matter of fact, this information is false and its only the handiwork of mischief makers and Scammers whose trade in business is to mislead the unsuspecting members of the public.

Therefore, the University is advising members of the general public to disregard, discard and distance themselves from this online publication to avoid falling a prey in the hands of these desperate elements bend on extorting money from them.

In fact, Plateau State University does not have a Faculty of Education as insinuated by these mischief makers, even the name of the Registrar who was said to have signed the document is not the University’s Registrar and the Private Mail Bag used in the publication does not have a semblance of the Institution’s correct address.
