PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY, PLATAEU STATE CHAPTER.
16th October 2018.
MESSAGE OF CONGRATULATIONS.
The plateau state people’s Democratic Party (PDP) congratulate DR Stephen Hirse on his resignation as commissioner for budget and planning with plateau state independent electoral commission (PLASIEC) This is indeed a firm and hard decision.
Your decision to resign after the most controversial electoral fraud ever conducted in this state and Nigeria has indeed distinguished you from this faild and incompetent leadership of the APC.
Abraham Lincoln once said,
I’m not bound to win, but Iam bound to be true, I’m not bound to succeed but Iam bound to live by the light, I must stand with anybody that stands right and stand with him while he is right, and part with him when he goes wrong
,
You have parted at the right time
Your resignation is a confirmation of your integrity that stands right.
To those who are still bowing to Baal ,remember the scripture , a man in authority who oppresses poor people is like a driving rain that destroys the crops, if therefore you have no regard for the law, you are on the side of the wicked because evil people do not know what justice is but those who worship the Lord understand it well.
once again congratulations sir, the people are inspired by your decision which represents hope, trust and integrity.
