The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) Plateau State Chapter, Dr. Chomo Datiyi has been honored by Reconciliation Trainers Africa (RETA) as a Certified Peace Advocate of Nigeria (CPAN).

The Director of RETA, Rev. Dr. Joseph Maren Sampson said the award was on account of the Recipient’s outstanding commitment to Peace Leadership and Humanitarian Services.

He said Dr. Chomo Datiyi has distinguished himself and impacting humanity and the society significantly.
He said the Medical Expert was chosen for the award after a careful assessment of persons who are making positive contributions to the society.

Dr. Chomo in his response appreciated the group for finding him worthy of the honour and said it will spur him to do more.

He called on the citizens not to relent in contributing their quota to national peace, unity, prosperity and development.
