The Plateau State Government, through the Ministry of Education and the Plateau State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), has released the schedule for the screening and verification of shortlisted candidates for the Human Capital Opportunities for Prosperity and Equity (HOPE) Project Teaching Component.
The Commissioner for Education, Dr. (Mrs.) Kachallom Gang, disclosed that the candidates were shortlisted following the Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted across the 17 Local Government Areas for the Basic Teachers Recruitment.
She advised all applicants who participated in the CBT to check the official list of successful candidates displayed at their respective Local Government Education Authorities (LGEAs), the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), the Office of the Head of Service, and the Ministry of Education.
According to her, “shortlisted candidates must take note of their serial numbers, as these will be required during accreditation at the interview venues.”
She added that applicants are expected to come with all relevant credentials, their National Identification Number (NIN), and Bank Verification Number (BVN).

Northern Zone:
Date: Wednesday, 3rd December 2025
Venue: Township Primary School, Jos North LGA
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Central Zone:
Date: Friday, 5th December 2025
Venue: Government College, Pankshin
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Southern Zone:
Date: Monday, 8th December 2025
Venue: Jude Hotel, Shendam
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Applicants are encouraged to arrive early and comply with all instructions provided by officials at the screening venues.
