PLATEAU BLOGGERS/ONLINE MEDIA SET UP FIRST INTERIM EXCOS

Bloggers and Online Media Practitioners in Plateau State have come together to forge a common cause with the setting up of an association and state executives to pilot their affairs and sanitize the social space within Plateau State.

In a meeting held at Avis Restaurant and Bar on Monday 9th March, with most stakeholders in attendance, a call was made for the identification of all online media practitioners in the state and the immediate coordination of their affairs with a professional touch as is been exemplified by the Guild Of Professional Bloggers In Nigeria GPBN. Furthermore the need to mend fences and strive together as an association was key to achieving a better workspace for all Bloggers and Online Media Practitioners.

A decision was reached to set up the “Plateau Bloggers/Online Media” with an immediate nomination for an interim executive to be headed by a chairman who will be supported by other members.

After all deliberations, the names of the Excos are as follows:
