The only immediate solution to this border attacks and brutal take over of ancestral land by herdsmen is an immediate constitution of Community vanguard watch or civilian JTF or whatever name.

Gov Barr Simon Lalong, kindly consider this step as an immediate solution to this unending menace.

Steps:

1. Get the legal frame work for establishing the operation for deployment.

2. Synchronize it with existing laws viz that of operation rainbow.

3. Be ready to use that security vote you receive monthly to fund the process

4. Recruit a minimum of twenty thousand able and combat ready youths, retired personnel and others that can add value.

5. Build make-shift combat operational base at the affected borders to this communities of Kurafalls, Mahanga, jol, all affected Miango areas, bokkos risk areas, Nding, xland, ruku, Kugot, some prone areas of fan, Dorong/kadunu axis, kwi, bisichi, chit and several other flash points identified.

6. Deploy on rotational basis, at least 500- 800 combats to all affected areas.

7. Their first task is to forcefully reclaim lost territories from Invaders and killer herdsmen.

8. Immediate rebuilding and resettlement of the displaced persons to their agro ancestral heritage and lands to enable them return to farm.

9. Procure rugged operational trucks and the kind of weapons that your Friend and darling president will approve for the exercise.

10. This type of operation though for different reasons, has helped Anambra state where kidnapping is now history.

11. Kindly try this practical steps, we do not need a peace document that exist theoretically and absolutely impotent, dead on arrival.
