A group under the aegis of Concerned PDP Muslim Youth Council has thrown its weight in solidarity with the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang ahead of the Plateau State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Ruling slated for Friday 22nd September, 2023.

The group under the leadership of Kabiru Garkuwa appreciated the Governor for providing sound and credible leadership to the Citizens of the State and working towards the enhancing growth and development. He described Gov. Mutfwang as a focused and visionary Leader with better comprehension of the challenges confronting the State and putting in place measures to ensure they are addressed for the collective good of the State and its Citizens.

In a statement signed by Umar Ams the Director of Media admonished members and divergent faithfuls to observe a one-day fasting in order to pray for the tribunal judgement.
“Indeed we are eager to attest the judiciary verdict as a victory for democracy and rule of law.

“We have no doubt that he will continue to steer the state with excellence, making significant strides for our shared prosperity. His dedication and hard work speak volumes, and his achievements inspire many.

“We enjoin Plateaunians across party lines to team up with Barr. Caleb Mutfwang to deliver real dividends of democracy to Plateau people through the The Time Is Now agenda of his administration” he said.

The group averred that it is optimistic that the Tribunal Ruling will favour Gov. Mutfwang and charged Citizens not to engage in any act capable of tampering with the relative peace being enjoyed in the State.
