Berom people have been admonished to remain steadfast in service to God and humanity.
They were also charged to obey and pray for constituted authority at all levels.

Gbong Gwom Jos and Chairman Plateau State Council of Chiefs and Emirs, His Majesty Da Jacob Gyang Buba CON made the declaration at a special Church Service to usher in Nzem Berom for year 2022.

Our Correspondent who covered the worship conducted in Berom dialect reported that Muslim members of the ethnic group had last Friday held a jumma’at prayer for the same purpose at the Main Mosque at Bukuru.

The Gbong Gwom Jos Da Jacob Gyang Buba who had the full compliments of members of the Berom traditional council said his people must sustain the command structure of God; give respect to whom respect is due.
Da Buba said though a cultural activity, seeking the face of God guarantees success in human endeavors.

Guest Preacher Rev. Dr. Ezekiel Solomon focused his message on God’s faithfulness. He said Berom people are blessed in all ramifications and they must remain steadfast to enjoy Such honor.

In a goodwill message, former COCIN President, Da Rev. Prof. Dachollom Datiri said starting any activity in prayers is submitting and asking God to direct and take control.
Dachollom Jambol, Chairman Nzem Berom 2022 Central Planning Committee outlined activities for the cultural festival.
There were special prayers for Nzem Berom, Berom land, Plateau State and country.
Still on Nzem Berom prayers, Muslim members of the ethnic group had their jumma’at prayers last Friday with one held at Bukuru Central mosque
Jibrin Gyang one of the leaders of the Berom Muslim community in Plateau State said there is respect for religious diversity among the Berom people.
