The Ninth Batch of Christian Pilgrims has returned to Nigeria through the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja from the Alia International Airport Kingdom of Jordan after a successful spiritual exercise in the Holy Land.
The pilgrimage featured visits to historic Holy Sites of spiritual significance, intense intercessory prayers, soul lifting praises and worships, as well as exhortations. The Pilgrims left Nigeria on Wednesday, 26th February, 2025, and arrived at the Alia International Airport in the Kingdom of Jordan on Thursday, 27th February, 2025.







The Pilgrims, who were in high spirits, visited Holy Sites in Jordan, Israel, and parts of Jericho and Bethlehem.Pilgrims were urged to allow the exercise to bring about a transformative change in their lives, enabling them to make more meaningful contributions to their families, communities, and the nation. In addition, they were challenged to apply the lessons learned to drive growth and progress at the national level.
The exercise reached its climax with the Jerusalem Pilgrims’ Investiture event, where participants were conferred with the prestigious Certificates/Titles of “Jerusalem Pilgrim” (JP).
The pilgrims, who departed from Alia International Airport on Saturday, 8th March 2025, arrived back at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja on the same day. Participants expressed appreciation for the exercise, recognizing its profound impact on their lives.
